The Weeping Woman

This painting by Pablo Picasso was completed by Pablo Picasso in France in the year of 1937. The painting is oil on canvas and is currently in London at the Tate Modern since the 1987. Through research, I found out that Picasso was very interested in the subject he used for this painting, and repainted and revisited the them he wished to portray on multiple occasions. This 1937 version of the painting is apparently the most complex one out of all his attempts, and it is the final of all the versions and revisits.
