Dream Caused by the Flight of a Bee (Dali)

"Dream Caused by the Flight of a Bee Around a Pomegranate a Second Before Awakening"
Salvador Dali

This is a painting by Salvador Dali in 1944. It is oil on canvas and is a great example of his surreal dream art. The pure randomness of this painting, from the tiger being swallowed by a fish to an elephant in the sky with long legs, just depicts something that could only come up in a dream, a weird one at that. That's what I really liked about it, along with the orange to purple colored sky/backround.
